45-year-old woman with strong family history for breast cancer had a CEM as an alternative to her routine screening mammogram.

Question

What is the best interpretation of the CEM?

No further work-up. This is a cyst.

6-month follow-up. This is probably benign.

Targeted US & biopsy. Cancer until proven otherwise.

Breast MRI. I can't interpret CEM.
